Hosting
All platform services and worlds are hosted on AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany.
Authentication
Email-based OTP login. No password reuse risk. Real names not required.
Identity Model
Email is system identity. Display name is public identity. Email stays private
Access Control
World access is group-based. Customer worlds are visible only to assigned user groups.
Guest Access
Time-bound guest codes enable secure cross-group sessions.
AI Integration: Only trusted AI providers are integrated. Low-trust models are excluded by policy.
